Medical Devices Firm Between Communication Directors

A leading medical devices firm had an open position for Director of Global Communications, but it could not be filled immediately. Still, there was much work to accomplish.

Solution:

Vitiello Communications Group provided an onsite team to fill the position temporarily and launch key communications programs.

Result:

Work progressed on schedule, and when a Director was hired, we assisted with a smooth transition.

Our contributions to success:

• Launched the company’s first online employee newsletter
• Managed the writing, approvals, editing and distribution of the newsletter on a weekly basis
• Led key communications initiatives including global employee surveys, philanthropy annual report, organizational change
• Developed communication plan for introducing new chairman
• Managed communications for and about senior leadership team meetings
• Wrote executives’ speeches for various event
